MNS Low-voltage withdrawable switchgear

MNS low-voltage withdrawable switchgear is a full range of low-voltage switchgear suitable for all low-voltage systems with a rated current below 5000A. It has been in operation globally for over 40 years. It is widely used in low-voltage systems, power distribution, and motor control systems in all reliable applications in metallurgical, petroleum, mining, and infrastructure sectors.

■Structural Features

  1. The shell structure of the MNS low-voltage withdrawable switchgear uses CF 28-1 and CF 28-2 profiles and corner connectors, assembled with corner connecting plates. It features high dimensional accuracy, fewer parts, robustness, durability, and flexible and convenient assembly.
  2. The switchgear functional units have five positions: open, closed, test, withdrawable, and isolating, all clearly marked.
  3. The switchgear is divided into four compartments: horizontal busbar compartment, vertical busbar compartment, electrical equipment compartment, and cable compartment.
  4. The withdrawable unit door is interlocked with the circuit breaker; the door can only be opened when the circuit breaker is disconnected. Functional units of the same specification are interchangeable. 5. The vertical busbar is enclosed in the vertical busbar compartment. When the drawer is pulled out, the automatic shutter closes to isolate the energized vertical busbar from the drawer compartment.
  5. The cabinet is a metal-enclosed, modular indoor type.
  6. Installation method: Fixed installation.
  7. Wiring method: Fixed wiring.
  8. Protective grounding: PE busbar.
  9. Corrosion resistance: Painted outer casing.

■Use Conditions

  1. Ambient air humidity not exceeding +40℃ and not lower than -25℃. The average temperature within 24 hours should not exceed +35℃.
  2. Clean air; relative humidity not exceeding 50% at +40℃, with higher relative humidity permissible at lower temperatures.
  3. Altitude of the product’s operating area not exceeding 2000 meters.
  4. Please specify any special usage conditions to the manufacturer when ordering.

  1. Full product model number (including main circuit scheme number and auxiliary circuit scheme number)
  2. Main circuit system assembly sequence diagram.
