The ZG(F)811-Z.F-口/35 series three-phase double-winding wind power combined transformer integrates the transformer body, switchgear, current-limiting fuses, trip switches, and corresponding auxiliary equipment into a single unit. Designed specifically for the characteristics of wind power generation, it provides an ideal solution for users and is an ideal matching step-up transformer power equipment for wind turbine generator sets. This series of products houses the transformer circuit, oil-filled load switch, and high-voltage fuse within the tank tank, utilizing transformer oil as the insulating and heat dissipation medium for the entire product. Necessary electrical protection components are configured on the low-voltage side. It features reliable operation, small size, light weight, and convenient installation and use.
■Structural Features
- The product is divided into three parts: the transformer circuit, the high-voltage compartment, and the low-voltage compartment, forming a “目” (eye) shaped structure.
- The transformer performance level meets the requirements of the new 811 type standard.
- The prefabricated substation features a closed-loop structure, ensuring safety and reliability. Its compact and aesthetically pleasing design reduces the footprint compared to conventional prefabricated substations, achieving a volume only one-third that of a standard prefabricated substation.
- It possesses excellent corrosion resistance, effectively preventing damage from wind, sand, snow, and salt spray.
- The high-voltage side utilizes lightning rods, oil-filled two-position load switches, and fuse protection. The circuit breakers are integrated protective fuses.
- The high-voltage side inlet and outlet lines can use porcelain bushings and high-voltage T-type electrical connectors.
- The high-voltage and low-voltage compartments are isolated. The enclosure mainly houses: lightning rods, load switches, transformer tap changers, protective fuses, oil temperature gauges, oil level gauges, pressure relief valves, drain valves, and other accessories.
The low-voltage configuration includes a 690V main circuit breaker, overvoltage protectors, and can be designed and installed as a complete automated measurement and intelligent control system.
■Applications
The ZG(F) S 1-series Z.F-Ping/35 series three-phase double-burner wind power generation combined transformer is used in 50Hz, 35kV wind power generation systems. The rated capacity of the transformer is 900-310kVA, specifically designed for wind power generation.
