The HXGN-10 type box-type AC metal-enclosed ring main unit (hereinafter referred to as the ring main unit) is a new type of high-voltage switchgear manufactured for the needs of urban power grid transformation and construction. It is mainly used in AC 10KV, 50Hz power distribution systems in factories, mines, residential areas, and high-rise buildings for power receiving and distribution. It can also be used for ring main power supply and terminal power supply.

■Structural Features

1. The switchgear cabinet is assembled from profiles. The upper front of the cabinet contains the instrument door and relay compartment. The front door panel has a manual operation box indicator, inspection window, analog busbar, and section display device. The cabinet design is reasonable, aesthetically pleasing, and has a high cathode rating. 2. The switchgear is divided into load switchgear and combined electrical cabinet, equipped with a vacuum load switch. Vacuum load switches have three functions: isolation, load protection, and grounding. They meet the “five protections” requirements through different linkage and interlocking types.
2. The busbar compartment and switch compartment at the top of the switchgear are separated by insulating plates or metal plates to prevent accidental contact with live busbars during maintenance, ensuring personal safety. The busbar can be extended indefinitely.
