KYN28-12 Armored Mid-Mount Metal Enclosed Switchgear

KYN 28-12 armored mid-mounted metal-enclosed switch cabinet is suitable for three-phase AC rated voltage 12KV, rated operating frequency 50Hz power system. It is used to receive and distribute electric energy and control, protect and monitor circuits. Comply with standards GB3906-2006 “3.6-40.5KV AC metal-enclosed switchgear”, GB11022-89 “General technical conditions for high-voltage switchgear”, IEC 298 (1990) “AC metal-enclosed switchgear and control equipment with rated voltages above 1KV and below 50KV”, DL 404-97 “Technical conditions for ordering indoor AC high-voltage switchgear”.
■Structural Features
The switchgear is in accordance with GB 3906-2006IPX, and the cubicle door is designed for pin-mounted metal-enclosed switchgear rated IP2X. The whole thing is composed of two parts: the cabinet and the central pull-out part (i.e. handcart). The cabinet is divided into four separate compartments. The protection level of the shell is IP4X. When the door of each compartment and the circuit breaker room is opened, the protection level is IP2X. It has overhead incoming and outgoing lines, cable outlets and other functional solutions. After arrangement and combination, it can become a power distribution device formed by various solutions. This switchgear can be installed, debugged and maintained from the front, so it can be installed back-to-back, in a double arrangement and against the wall, which improves the safety and flexibility of the switchgear and reduces the floor space.
- Shell and others: The shell of the switchgear is made of imported aluminum-zinc coated steel plate, processed by CNC machine tools, and adopts multiple folding processes, so that the entire cabinet not only has high precision, strong corrosion resistance and anti-oxidation, but also uses multiple folding processes to make the cabinet overall lighter than other similar equipment cabinets, with high mechanical strength and beautiful appearance. The cabinet adopts an assembled structure and is connected with pull-out nuts and high-strength bolts, which shortens the processing and production cycle, has strong parts versatility, takes up less space, and facilitates production organization. 2. Handcart: The handcart frame is also assembled from steel plates processed by CNC machine tools. The handcart and the cabinet are insulated and matched, and the mechanical interlocking is safe, reliable and flexible. According to different uses, handcarts are divided into circuit breaker handcarts, voltage transformer handcarts, metering handcarts, isolating handcarts, etc.
- Compartments: The main electrical components of the switchgear have their own independent compartments, namely: circuit breaker handcart room, busbar room, cable room, and relay instrument room.
- Interlocking device to prevent misoperation: The switchgear is equipped with a safe and reliable interlocking device, which fully meets the requirements of the “five preventions”.
- Pressure relief device: There are pressure relief devices above the circuit breaker handcart room, busbar room and cable room to release pressure and discharge gas to ensure the safety of operators and switch cabinets.
- Position interlocking between the secondary plug and the handcart: The connection between the secondary line of the secondary linear circuit breaker handcart on the switchgear is achieved through the manual secondary plug.
- Grounding device: A separate 5x40mm2 grounding copper bar is set up in the cable room to penetrate the adjacent switch cabinet and make good contact with the cabinet body. Make the entire cabinet in a good grounding state to ensure the personal safety of operating personnel.
