Withdrawable switchgear is used in power plants, petrochemical, metallurgical, and light textile industries. It serves as the power distribution (PC) and motor control (MCC) unit for three-phase AC 50-60Hz, 380V power systems.

■Structural Features

1. Employs structural components with an E=20mm module for easy assembly.
2. Metal structural components are treated with zinc plating or powder coating, providing strong corrosion resistance.
3. Compact structure, accommodating multiple functional units in a small space.
4. Functional units are separated into several small compartments by steel plates, ensuring no interference between them.
5. Functional units utilize three types of structures: drawer, insert, and fixed, making maintenance safe and convenient, and reducing power outage time.
6. Drawer operation is simple and convenient, with high interchangeability.
7. The drawer is equipped with a mechanism to prevent it from falling due to excessive pulling; the drawer is locked when pulled out to about four-fifths of its length, and requires slight lifting to pull it out completely.
8. The cabinet top is equipped with a main busbar and a neutral busbar, and the bottom is equipped with a protective grounding busbar. Four-wire branch busbars are also possible.
9. The cable compartment is equipped with brackets for easy cable installation.

■Use Conditions

1. Altitude not exceeding 1000m.
2. Ambient air temperature not exceeding +40℃; not lower than -25℃.
3. Outdoor wind speed not exceeding 35m/s.
4. Relative humidity: daily average not exceeding 95%, monthly average not exceeding 90%.
5. Installation location: Install in a location free from fire, explosion hazards, severe pollution, chemical corrosion, and severe vibration.

■ Ordering Instructions

When placing an order, the ordering party should provide the following data related to the product:

1. Transformer type and capacity;
2. Wiring scheme for the high-voltage and low-voltage compartments, and the type and parameters of selected electrical components;
3. Casing color. If the user has no specific requirements, our company’s standard color will be used.
4. Any other requirements from the customer can be discussed in person at the time of ordering.
