The stacking configuration is a multi-stage stepped 45° oblique connection. The high and low voltage clamps are tightened with steel straps on the upper and side beams, forming a robust frame structure. A curing agent is applied to the surface to enhance the core clamping force and withstand impact, while reducing losses and noise. The windings are made with high-quality oxygen-free conductors and employ a new oil channel structure (longitudinal oil channels in the high and low voltage lines facilitate heat dissipation, significantly reducing the temperature difference between steel and oil and minimizing hot spot rise within the conductors). The design is rational, and the insulation process is optimized, improving mechanical strength and short-circuit withstand capability.
