10kV oil-immersed transformer

The three-phase oil-filled transformer features a new process and structure, improving its short-circuit withstand capability. The core is made of high-permeability cold-rolled silicon steel sheets; the bushings are made of high-quality oxygen-free copper wire; and all fasteners undergo special anti-loosening treatment. The fully sealed transformer oil is completely isolated from air, slowing down oil aging and deterioration, enhancing operational reliability, reducing maintenance frequency, extending transformer service life, and reducing maintenance workload. The tank surface undergoes degreasing, derusting, and phosphating treatment, followed by advanced coating technology to ensure normal operation in harsh environments. ■Structural Features
- The transformer core is made of imported high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, greatly reducing no-load loss and no-load current. The core is also reinforced to ensure solidity and reduce noise.
- The high and low voltage windings are made of oxygen-free steel. The low voltage windings of 500kVA and below adopt a double-layer circular coil structure, while those of 630kVA and above adopt a double-ball-spindle, four-butterfly-spindle, or other similar structures. The high voltage windings adopt a multi-layer cylindrical structure.
- The transformer connection group adopts Dyn 11 to reduce the impact of electromagnetic waves on the power grid and improve power supply quality.
- The transformer has a fully sealed structure, extending its service life, eliminating the need for core lifting, and requiring no maintenance.
- The measured noise level is lower than the national standard. After normal shaft operation, this series of transformers can be put into operation without core lifting inspection. Removable components can be installed, and acceptance tests can be conducted.
