YBW Series High Voltage/Low Voltage Prefabricated Substations


The ZBW series high-voltage/low-voltage prefabricated substations are independent complete sets of power distribution equipment with rated capacities of 50-1600KVA, suitable for indoor and outdoor locations such as urban high-rise buildings, residential areas, factories, mines, hotels, hospitals, parks, oil fields, airports, docks, shopping malls, railways, and temporary facilities. The ZBW series high-voltage/low-voltage prefabricated substations can be used in ring network distribution systems or as terminal power supply for radial power grids.
■Structural Features
- The metal shell structure and internal frame are all treated with anti-corrosion coatings, suitable for long-term outdoor use. The non-metallic enclosure bottom frame uses steel profiles that have undergone special anti-corrosion treatment and will not corrode. The wall panels and roof are made of special fiberglass reinforced cement casting. The doors and door frames are made of galvanized steel or aluminum plates, or non-metallic materials.
- The top metal structure of the enclosure is double-layered, with an internal insulation layer and ventilation ducts to effectively prevent solar heat radiation, achieving the purposes of heat insulation, ventilation, and cooling. The non-metallic materials themselves have good explosion-proof performance, and an additional insulation layer and ventilation device can be added upon user request.
- The transformer compartment is equipped with an automatic exhaust system at the top and a perforated plate at the bottom. When the upper oil temperature of the transformer or the ambient temperature reaches a set value, the exhaust fan automatically turns on, forcing air convection to expel hot air and reduce the transformer temperature rise.
- The enclosure is divided into three units: a high-voltage compartment, a low-voltage compartment, and a transformer compartment.
- Doors are installed on both sides of the transformer for easy installation and maintenance. These doors are also equipped with ventilated safety isolation mesh doors to prevent personnel from accidentally entering the transformer compartment when the high-voltage side switch is closed. The mesh doors are also equipped with interlocking alarm devices to ensure the absolute safety of equipment and personnel.
- Lighting is provided in the high-voltage compartment, low-voltage compartment, and transformer compartment.
- The enclosure has lifting feet and mounting feet on both sides of the bottom frame for easy lifting, transportation, and installation. The bottom frame has a main grounding device on all four sides, allowing users to choose the grounding point from any direction.
- The incoming and outgoing lines are generally cable entry/exit or overhead entry/cable exit, but other methods can be used according to user requirements.
- A separate metering room can be provided so that users do not need to enter the high-voltage or low-voltage room when reading meters.
- The high-voltage room mainly uses ordinary pneumatic load switches, vacuum load switches, SF6 load switches, and fuse-operated combination switchgear as the main switch for protecting the transformer. Power supply methods include terminal power supply ring network power supply or dual power supply.
- The low-voltage room can use panel-mounted, withdrawable, panel-mounted, standard switch cabinets, or non-standard structural types according to user requirements.
- The circuit generally uses oil-immersed low-loss power transformers or epoxy dry-type transformers, depending on user requirements.
■Usage Conditions
- Altitude not exceeding 1000m.
- Ambient air temperature not exceeding +40℃; not lower than -25℃.
- Outdoor wind speed not exceeding 35m/s.
- Relative humidity: daily average not exceeding 95%, monthly average not exceeding 90%.
- Installation location: Install in a location free from fire, explosion hazards, severe pollution, chemical corrosion, and severe vibration.
